Anthony is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, a Personal Financial Specialist, and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst with more than 31 years of public accounting experience, including more than 13 years devoted to forensic accounting and litigation support in marital and family law matters. He analyzes and reports on the financial issues in dissolution proceedings: income available for support, the identification and tracing of marital and non-marital assets, equitable distribution, lifestyle and cash flow, dissipation, and the tax consequences of proposed settlements. He also brings more than 20 years of experience in financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations and in domestic and international taxation.
Since 2013 he has handled more than 330 forensic accounting and litigation support engagements, substantially all involving family law, and has testified at deposition, evidentiary hearing, and trial in more than 100 cases. He has been accepted or presented as an expert in the Ninth, Eighteenth, and Nineteenth Judicial Circuits of Florida, including Brevard, Indian River, Martin, Orange, St. Lucie, and Seminole Counties. He is retained by petitioners and respondents and has served as a jointly retained neutral financial expert, a collaborative financial professional, and a non-testifying consulting expert.

Will is an Accredited Senior Appraiser and Chartered Financial Analyst with 20 years of experience in business valuation, economic damages, and litigation support throughout Florida and nationally. He leads business valuation and economic damages engagements involving closely held businesses, professional practices, early-stage companies, thinly traded public companies, intangible assets, and complex financial instruments. His experience includes valuing stock options, warrants, preferred stock, debt securities, and intangible assets across industries including construction, health care, financial institutions, manufacturing, transportation, retail and restaurants, and professional services.
His valuation, economic damages, and litigation support work includes shareholder and partnership disputes, family law matters, lost profits and other business damages, buy-sell agreements, financial reporting, estate and gift tax matters, employee stock ownership plans, business acquisitions and sales, malpractice, wrongful termination, and breach of contract matters. He also performs reasonable compensation analyses for tax and non-tax purposes. Will is retained by plaintiffs and defendants and regularly serves as a mutually agreed-upon or court-appointed neutral expert. He has been qualified as an expert witness in Florida state and federal courts, has testified in arbitration proceedings in Florida and New York, and has been appointed by Florida courts as a business valuation expert.
Will is also a published author and frequent lecturer on business valuation topics. His work has appeared in Business Valuation Review, Business Valuation Update, and Trusts & Estates, and he has contributed to the fourth, fifth, and sixth editions of Understanding Business Valuation.
