Claudia is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, and a Certified Fraud Examiner. Her professional career, since it began in 2017, has focused exclusively on forensic accounting and litigation matters. She holds a Master of Accounting with a concentration in forensic accounting and business valuation.
She leads forensic accounting engagements in dissolution proceedings, including high-net-worth cases, and analyzes and reports on equitable distribution, lifestyle and need, income available for alimony and child support, and waste of marital assets.
Claudia works directly with counsel from the first assessment of a matter through its resolution. She identifies the financial issues that will drive the outcome, directs discovery toward the records the analysis requires, and delivers findings that are documented, traceable to the record, and prepared for mediation, hearing, and trial.
